On December 5, 2024, a very beneficial lecture for parents was held at Mesrobian High School on modern methods of parenting and the challenges they create.

Well-known psychologist Mrs. Raquelle Ketchedjian presented an extensive report on this topic, analyzing modern approaches to parenting and addressing the challenges of modern upbringing. Parents of first grade, kindergarten and nursery students were present. The event was moderated by Mr. Zaven Teghlian, Head of the Guidance and Counseling Department at Mesrobian School.

Mrs. Ketchedjian drew the parents’ attention to the fact that modern approaches to parenting are not magic pills or fixed concepts. “By critically studying and understanding modern approaches, parents can make wiser decisions in their children’s upbringing and the development of their relationships within their cultural and social context,” she observed.

On this occasion, the psychologist provided the parents with an explanatory leaflet which outlined various situations and suggestions for addressing various challenges related to parent-child relationships.
